I love this. 'Jack of all trades, master of none' is often a derogatory term used by those who believe a person without singular focus won't amount to much, but it absolutely possible to master more than one thing.

Furthermore, being adept in contrasting and even unrelated disciplines often reveals links, connections and new knowledge that singular focus in only one subject could simply never reveal.

Your writing always reiterates what I know to be true, and I thank you for alwways providing the motivation I need to continue learning many, many different things.
