The Rake: The Irresistable Figure of Female Fantasy

It is generally known that women find a man who is charming, suave, confident, intelligent and well endowed (physically and financially) attractive, but the rake need not have any of these qualities to be the most intensely desired object of female fantasy.
No, a man requires only 2 qualities to play the infamous rake; a devilish proclivity with words and a desire for a woman which burns so bright he cannot control himself.
The rake is a slave to his love of women and is often dishonest, disloyal and amoral, but for the time he desires a female, as brief as that moment may be, he will go to the ends of the earth and back for her.
This is essence of the rake, and this is the key, the exact reason why he has the most powerfully seductive effect on a woman.
A woman will often desire a rake despite herself, quite often she will not understand why he has such an effect on her. A normal man is often distracted, he cannot give a woman what she truly wants. She wants to be seen for her character, for who she is, she wants a man to understand her.
In most cases, a man will want her for her body, not her character. This is an incredibly unattractive thing for a female, as if she is an object, a piece of meat, a receptacle for another. The rake essentially strokes the part of a woman (and anyone, indeed) which is most susceptible to praise; her vanity.

A man who cannot control himself because she has affected him so deeply. A man who wants her for everything she is. A man whose desire burns so brightly that she is the only release.
What could be more seductive?
The rake has an element of danger about him, specifically because he is a slave to his desire and there’s no telling when he’ll get bored and move on. Paradoxically for women (who generally seek commitment) this is another attractive trait of the rake. She has the urge to change him, to make a better man out of him.
To the uninitiated, the power a rake can have over a woman is baffling. Often she herself doesn’t understand why she desires him so much.
